First find the shut of valve to your home, this is usually under your kitchen sink, under the stairs or outside the front of you house at the end of your driveway. Once you have done this open all your taps to drain the system, call us to fix your emergency!

Sometimes have a loud banging/vibrating noise in your house?

This is a sign of water hammer, this is due to the pipework not being clipped properly or coming lose over time. The loud banging noise is usually caused by an instant stop in water flow causing the pressure to recoil back down the pipe. Commonly you will hear this after a toilet has been used or from a washing machine, dish washer

We can fit something called a shock arrestor to the cold mains in your property to eradicate this problem, this works by absorbing the pressure from it recoiling back down the pipework
My toilet constantly runs?

This is either do to the flush or filler in the toilet cistern, usually it makes sense to change both at the same time as it isn’t much different in time and once one goes, the other usually follows. This job costs between £100-£180 depending on access
My boiler is broken, can i still get hot water?

If you have a hot water cylinder then yes, generally most hot water cylinders have a back up Emerson heater, this is usually a heat protected cable leading from the cylinder to the spur, turn the spur on and this will give you hot water
